Message the Founder

The quickest public contact channel is the official Founder account on TikTok. Include a clear description of your question. For purchase help, include your Shopify order number, but never send your password.

Members

Signed-in members can use Founder Support inside Kova for questions connected to their business, learning, or account.

Purchase access

After purchasing Kova Pass, use the purchase-verification page and the same email used at checkout to create or activate your member account.
